Let me go over the process of our services with you.

1. We start with your first consultation with a PGE where your business needs are analyzed and we fill in the gaps of information in tax or accounting you may feel you need.  This is must-have information that every business owner should have before starting their business. We’ll go over things like tax deductions you may have overlooked or in-depth accounting procedure if you like.  Also, any loose ends that might need to be tied will be addressed (example, notices from IRS or SS office of past due documents) so we can get you off to a fresh start.  We then customize your accounting package (depending on your needs and type of business).

2. We can then begin the bookkeeping process.  This is the part where we keep track of those tedious receipts for you.  This involves the processing and handling of all transactions your business had for that week and getting those numbers to the right place in your books.  At this point we work together on what bills are due, (if payroll in needed we’ll take care of that) what sales came in, who owes you money (customer statements) and much more. 

3. Once the numbers are in order we do a monthly analysis of your financial results and consult you in areas of profit improvement.  In other words you will have the right information to make the right financial decisions (example, do last month’s sales reflect new advertising campaign results?

4. From there we will give you directions of how to take advantage of lower tax strategies, take care of any tax reporting needed (example, quarterly payroll tax) and when the time comes we will handle the Tax Return preparation.
